Appreciate the extra discount, guys: thank you. But "past couple of months"?? Reality check: it's been FOUR months of chaos and disruption, not two, and if my goods in are anything to go by, we still haven't seen the end of it yet. Please don't let it become six!
Defintely not over yet - yet again my order (originally placed on Thursday this time) got stuck in backorders again! So it again involved me phoning and chasing items that were in stock and should have been sent as a matter of course! ( oh and a couple of these were from the nice high discount promotion, however I reckon the cost of the necessary phone call + cost of my time kind of wiped out the extra discount and probably then some!)No-One seems to know what the problem is (- well other than tedious and timewasting of course).Still after phoning the nice people at customer services again they did do their magic and got it released so it arrived today at least.So that's a 5 day delivery time scale i'm working with at the moment. Thanks guys for the promo - shame about the systems though. Please get this sorted, I know it's a problem for you but it's a nightmare for us on the ground too.
