Could I suggest that this is the perfect time to stop sending out single items of backorders in jiffy bags in the post. We get STL boxes almost every day and I can never understand why these things don't go in the box like other back orders. It seems very ineffecient.
I've been saying this for months!!
I was told that SAP sapped the free will out of the otherwise common sense approach of distribution. (My interpretation of what was actually said)
Absolutely- we just received a box with 7 rolls of ENGAGE stickers in it- surely this is a slightly inefficient way to run a business!
