Fed Ex deliveries - Friday afternoon weather update

Our UK delivery service (FedEx) has given us the news update below.

The following depots have reported receiving heavy snowfall has been reported in their regions, therefore deliveries will be affected:- Gloucester (26 - all GL and HR9 postcodes affected), Cardiff (27 - all CF, NP and LD postcodes affected), Launceston (16/72/81/172), Swansea (28/98/45 - No despatches today), Exeter (15/115), Aylesbury (24/124), Hornsey (96/196)

Newcastle (56/156) has advised that their vehicle on route 50 has broken down; therefore some deliveries to SR3 may be affected.

Hornsey (96/196) have advised that their vehicle covering route 34 has broken down, therefore some deliveries may be affected.

Leeds (50) has advised that their vehicle covering route 19 has broken down, therefore some deliveries to LS12 may be affected.

Inverness (88/89) has advised that all the ferries have been suspended due to high winds; as a result all depot 88 consignments will be affected. The high winds are also causing many of their roads (including the main trunk road (A9) north of Inverness) to be closed due to drifting and blizzard conditions. As a result they will only be offering a limited delivery service for area 89 today.

Belfast (64) have advised that due to heavy snowfall throughout their region, deliveries may be affected.

Aberdeen (62/67/69) have advised that due to heavy snowfall, no rural areas will be attempted today. The A92 and A96 are currently closed, causing further delays.

The following depots have reported receiving icy conditions and light snow throughout their region, therefore deliveries may be affected:- Liverpool (42), Chester (45), Knaresborough (48), Leeds (50), Middlesbrough (55), Newcastle (56/156).
