On Wednesday we experienced a loss of service on Orderline & Serviceline for approximately four and a half hours. The fault, which affected a number of companies in our location, was traced back to BT who brought the lines up again at around 4pm. Our Warehouse Team were still able to ship the vast majority of orders placed after the deadline yesterday and orders placed electronically or via the web were unaffected.
Please accept my apologies on behalf of STL Distribution for the problems we experienced yesterday, we are actively pursuing BT regarding the cause in order to prevent a recurrence.
