Lunchtime Telephone update

BT have been working on our main external telephone link since yesterday afternoon to resolve a significant fault.
Whilst we are waiting for it to be restored, we are routing all order line and service line calls to other phone lines here within our Customer Services department.
All orders placed
online or through Synergi are unaffected and will be processed as normal. Alternatively please feel free to contact one of our ASMs.
We do apologise for the inconvenience caused by this temporary disruption to our phone lines.
