We have been informed by BT that there is a technical fault with phone lines in our area and at present we are unable to make or receive calls. We are working with BT to resolve this issue as quickly as possible. In the meantime we are trading as normal and orders can still be placed online, through Synergi or feel free to contact one of our ASMs. We appreciate your patience while we work to resolve this issue and will update the blog to inform you of progress.

BT have now established that there is a fault on STL Distributions external phone line, and they say that they will have it fixed within the hour.
