Over the August Bank Holiday Weekend (close of business Friday 27th – Tuesday 31st 8am) STL Distribution are undergoing an equipment move at the Carlisle premises. This will regrettably result in some services being temporarily unavailable to you over that weekend.
The work being carried out is necessary for maintaining high levels of service to you and we hope that this short disruption will not be a great inconvenience. Please note, this does not involve a change to any software or systems, it is purely a physical move.ORDER DEADLINES
On Friday 27th August the order deadlines (for same-day-despatch) for phone and fax orders will remain unaltered. Order deadlines for electronic orders (Synergi/website) will be brought forward to 2.30pm
ELECTRONIC ORDERING
- From 4pm on Friday 27th August it will not be possible to send Orders or Enquiries via Synergi. However the STL column in the stocklist will still display up to date stock levels.
- www.stldistribution.co.uk will be working as normal over the weekend.
Our customer service department will be available as normal on 0800 28 27 28 (orderline) and 0845 705 6568 (serviceline) to support you with any queries you may have.
All services will be back up and running as normal by 8am on Tuesday 31st August and any orders placed via STLDistribution.co.uk over the weekend will then be processed.We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your continued support as we endeavour to improve our service to you.Kind regards,

The planned equipment move at the Carlisle premises over the bank holiday weekend went smoothly. All services were back up and running at 8am yesterday (Tuesday 31st August) and orders are being processed as normal. Thank you for your patience over the weekend.
