Credit Notes
We will no longer be issuing mixed credit notes where the credit and the re-invoice are on the same document. You will now receive these as separate documents but we will aim, where possible, to send paperwork together so you receive these simultaneously.
Just a reminder that our phone/fax order deadline has been extended from 2.30pm to 3pm up until Christmas. We are also able to offer a same-day-despatch service up to and including the 22nd December. We hope this will make life easier during the busy seasonal rush.
