Operations Update

Over the August Bank Holiday Weekend (close of business Friday 27th – Tuesday 31st 8am) STL Distribution are undergoing an equipment move at the Carlisle premises. This will regrettably result in some services being temporarily unavailable to you over that weekend.

The work being carried out is necessary for maintaining high levels of service to you and we hope that this short disruption will not be a great inconvenience. Please note, this does not involve a change to any software or systems, it is purely a physical move.

ORDER DEADLINES

On Friday 27th August the order deadlines (for same-day-despatch) for phone and fax orders will remain unaltered. Order deadlines for electronic orders (Synergi/website) will be brought forward to 2.30pm

ELECTRONIC ORDERING

• From 4pm on Friday 27th August it will not be possible to send Orders or Enquiries via Synergi. However the STL column in the stocklist will still display up to date stock levels.


• www.stldistribution.co.uk will be working as normal over the weekend.
