Ordering little & often in the run-up to Christmas
STL Distribution has been working hard to improve our service to you for the Christmas rush by focussing on improving our availability. All orders placed before 2.30pm or 4pm (web/Synergi) will be despatched same day!

To maximise the benefit of our same-day-despatch service, we would recommend that, where possible, you place orders for multiple, rather than single, items to ensure your order is posted via FedEx to arrive the following day*. The rule of thumb for FedEx orders is 1kilo (or 2 or 3 good sized books). The majority of smaller orders are sent out via Royal Mail.

To improve things further – from 29th November – 22nd December we will be:
· Extending our phone order deadline from 2.30 to 3pm.
· Orders placed right up to the 22nd of December will be despatched same day!
· Small orders will be sent FIRST CLASS via Royal Mail

*Please note that our service guarantee is for same-day despatch of your orders. Our main carriers FedEx offer an excellent next day delivery to most stores in the UK, principally excepting the Highlands & Islands. For small packets the Royal Mail 1st class service remains the best option, often achieving next day delivery, but without guarantee.
